LABORATORY SUMMARY
LNNUMTL is affiliated with the College of Computer and Information Technology, Liaoning Normal University (LNNU), Dalian, China. It locates at Room 409 and Room 410 in the main building of College of Computer and Information Technology in Xishan campus of Liaoning Normal University . The Director of LNNUMTL is Prof. Xiang-Hai Wang.
"LNNUMTL" means "Multimedia Technology Laboratory of LNNU". Our lab consists of two subgroups. The first is multimedia information processing group. Their main research interests include the coding, retrieval, recognition, fusion, mining, watermarking of digital image and video, and some other related areas. The second subgroup is computer graphics group, whose current research involves smooth joining of surface, CAD modeling, photo-realistic texture generation, multi-resolution display of photo-realistic image, fluid animation simulation, non-photorealistic painting, and etc.
